I love the finished product! Did you by chance use scrapbook paper for added decoration? I think I recognize some of those patterns and that’s why I ask. It’s beautiful.
Susan, thanks for your comment. No, we didn’t use any scrapbook paper in this project. Everything you see there is painted, drawn, or photographed. There is one old Bill of Sale in this piece that someone thought we had salvaged from an old store, but it’s actually a watercolor piece. Same thing with a part of a map. Obviously, something was used for reference, but then the piece was created for our quilt. All original art of some sort. 🙂
